Caught in a mix-up during the war with Scourge the Hedgehog, Manic was imprisoned briefly in G.U.N. headquarters until he was able to provide information with Scourge's escape. Why he came to Mobius is unknown but for now he assists his sister (who came looking for him) in aiding the crumbling Acorn Kingdom.
